Drones have a wide variety of functions, including everything from photography and filming to providing help after natural disasters. Another realm that drones have ventured into in recent years is light shows, and an upcoming event in Kyoto allows them to shine in all their glory.
First Impact 2023 will be held at Kameoka's Sanga Stadium by KYOCERA, and is set to include 50 drones soaring into the sky all at once. These LED light-equipped drones will showcase various animations centered around the theme of Kameoka in the future, and best of all is that there is no admission fee to enjoy the show. Reservations are required, however, and they can be arranged via the event website here.
