The view of the Minato Mirai 21 skyline from the park is very pretty.

Rinko Park stretches out to the 3 luxury hotels and amusement park.

The water of the bay comes all the way up to the edge of the park.

The park has an amphitheater that is used for special events..

There are some beautiful sunsets to be seen here.

The park offers up a nice balance of nature and city.

There are six pleasant parks alongside Yokohama Bay. Rinko Park is just behind the Pacifico Yokohama (Hotel and Convention Center). You can enjoy a really beautiful bay view from here, but it is actually a little known spot for visitors. If you stay at a hotel in the Minato-Mirai 21 area, please be sure to take a walk in this park. It's also a great place to have a picnic. There is a pond in the northwest corner of the park into which seawater comes pouring in during high tide. An index of this series is here.
