<p>This place is so popular with tourists that it is nearly impossible to take a picture without any people in it. However, you can try!</p>

<p>I just kept zooming in from under the little pretties...</p>

<p>There is a variety of background colors available.</p>

<p>You might be lucky enough to get a photo without any intruders in it.</p>

<p>If you feel like you had enough of all the blue, do not worry, dear visitor. The park has plenty of different flowers. For example, how do you like this colorful sea of tulips?</p>

<p>Make sure you go around late April, as in May the flowers will have already wilted by around 40 per cent.</p>

Last year I thought that it was somewhat unfair how the cherry blossoms always steal the show, so that other flowers get forgotten. As a result, in early May I found myself on the train, heading towards Ibaraki City. After some research and recommendations from my photographer friends I found out that Hitachi Seaside Park in Ibaraki City is famous for its fairytale-like landscape during the end of April and the beginning of May. Here, Baby Blue Eyes are the stars of the show. All 4.5 million of them.
