The digital art collective TeamLab have gained fame for their inventive projection mapping and light displays, and a new event coming to Hiroshima's Fukuyama Castle is set to showcase the best of their modern technology in a historic location.
The TeamLab Fukuyama Castle Light Festival will run from early December until late January, and is set to include a variety of displays including the Resonating Ovioids, where egg-shaped lights change colors when touched, and the Symbiotic Lives in the Stone Wall, which incorporates projection mapping of flowers and animals.
Admission to the event is priced at ¥1500 for adults, and ¥600 for elementary aged students and above. Preschool aged children and below receive free admission.
