TeamLab has become one of Japan's biggest contemporary art success stories, transforming museums and exhibition spaces into immersive digital worlds where visitors don't just look at the art, they become part of it. If you've yet to experience one of the collective's installations, this summer offers the perfect opportunity, with TeamLab Learn! Future Amusement Park returning to Naruto in Tokushima Prefecture throughout August.

Running at Boat Race Naruto UZU HALL, the interactive exhibition is designed around the idea of "co-creation," encouraging visitors to shape the experience through their own actions. Rather than simply observing artworks, guests can draw, play, explore, and collaborate, with each installation constantly evolving as more people interact with it.

Among the highlights is Graffiti Nature and the Pulsating Earth, where creatures drawn by visitors come to life in a shared digital ecosystem. Sketch Umwelt lets participants create animals that inhabit a virtual world, while Slide and Grow! Fruit Field transforms an ordinary slide into an interactive landscape where fruit blossoms as you descend. Other installations include Sketch Tiny Waterfall, A Wall Where Little People Live and Play Music, and Table Where Little People Live, all designed to spark creativity through hands-on play.

Although the exhibition is especially popular with families, its colorful projections and playful digital environments have broad appeal, making it just as enjoyable for adults who appreciate interactive art.

Learn! Future Amusement Park first debuted in Okinawa in 2013 and has since traveled to cities including Sydney, Bangkok, Shanghai, Tokyo, Turin, Budapest, Jakarta, and Johannesburg. Permanent versions can now be found in locations such as Singapore, Dubai, Kyoto, and Okinawa, with more than 15 million people having experienced the exhibition worldwide.

交通方式

Boat Race Naruto UZU HALL is located approximately 8 minutes driving time from the Naruto Kita Interchange on the Kobe-Awaji-Naruto Expressway.
